Great information. I've heard that although green tea is good for you, too much of it can be harmful. I have no idea how much truth there is to that. Personally, I do tend to drink aloe vera juice and also coconut water.


It may not be in consonance with the theme of the article but Beer too is great anti oxidant especially xanthohumol due to flavoring hop in beer, is better than green tea as anti oxidant.But one has to bear in mind that Beer is not for weight loss.

Good to read your article including a variety of knowledge, but only mineral water How does it work to reduce weight if even we use it regularly but there is no effect on my body. Or it may be time taking to show result. Might be fruits give result to reduce weight without any hassle.


Thanks. You're right that it takes some time to work. For me it's a habit now. I stick to one drink for sometime and then switch to another which keeps me from getting bored
