With children back in school, you can be sure they will be coming home sick during cold and flu season unless you take preventative measures. The Childlife Echinacea come in a 1 fluid ounce bottle, which by the way last a long time. The supplement is in liquid form so it does come in a glass bottle with a dropper so you can carefully add the right amount of drops to juice or soup or directly into the children's mouths. The liquid is orange flavored with a slight Echinacea taste. The extracts used to make this liquid supplement are Echinacea, glycerin, fructose, orange flavoring and deionizer water.

You do not have to worry about unnatural ingredients or giving your children a supplement that will make them drowsy because this one is all-natural and has no side effects, unless your children are allergic to Echinacea for some reason.

Now when I gave this to a little one I loved I mixed it in with some orange fruit juice because she did not like the flavor of the supplement. The supplement still worked well, I added 6 drop of the supplement to a juice she was drinking 3 times a day during the cold and flu season, and she did not seem to get sick at all which was nice. When she was sick I added 10 drops to her juice 4 times daily to help give her immune system a healthy boost so it was able to fight of the cold or flu easier for her. However, you might want to talk to your pediatrician to find out if the supplement would be okay for your children to take and to find out the proper dosage that is right for them.

Anyways, I would recommend the Childlife Echinacea in the flavor orange to any parent to give their children to prevent the cold and flu or ease common illnesses away naturally because it does work for the little one I love. The supplement is slightly pricy depending on where you get it, but it is worth it because it is natural and works well with children's bodies naturally. I know I got this supplement at my local herb shop so you might want to check your herb shops out if you decided to give your little ones this supplement.
