Dark circles evince that there is a deficiency of something in your body, denting your confidence. For avoiding dark circles, you need to take a healthy diet ,which comprises all vital nutrients, which is the combination of soy , milk, cheese ,fish, green and leafy vegetables, pulses, foods that contains fibers, eggs,etc.You need to drink a lot of water to flush out water retention around your eyes which causes dark circles around eyes. You can try face pack of egg white and two table spoon of honey to tighten your skin once a week; this face pack prevents your skin to sag. You can also use juice of onion and pure honey in equal amount to ease out facial wrinkles.

It is always reported that you have to lose your rubicund cheeks to get  a good body, but you can eschew it by taking a lot if fruit juices while losing weight. A fruit juice clears your skin from deep within. You can also use blood purifier to maintain the glow of your face. You must keep on applying a face pack made of gram flour, saffron, raw milk, lemon juice and ,cucumber juice(all are skin lightening agents) to maintain fairness of your face.

Gain half or 1 kg of weight

At times, when a person tries to lose weight, it gets lost more than it was desired. it is advised to gain only half kg or 1 kg of weight to regain your plump face ,rosy cheeks, and you can achieve your lost glow .But do not try to gain more than 1 kg.
